After all the purchasing and order processing were done, now come to the process where Tiong Nam need to transport the goods. Before moving on to the process of transportation, here are types of vehicles that Tiong Nam use to transport their goods.

As shown above that are all the vehicles used to transport the goods, each type of vehicles has their own purpose of use. There is question about whether Tiong Nam handle dangerous goods such as chemicals, the answer is yes. So, as for the transportation movement started, the customer surely wants to know the location of their goods. This to make sure that their goods are safely arrived and in good condition. So, Tiong Nam has invented their own system for the customer to use to track down their goods, that website called Super Sun System. As for the question asked about what if incidents did happen. Do Tiong Nam need to cover all the expenses, the answer is no. Basically customer will purchase an insurance to cover the safety of their goods.
