• Super Sun System

Tiong Nam’s original system is called Super Sun System. It is an instrument for the customer to track their parcels. In that system, the customer must insert a username and password to get access to their shipment. This system does not require communication between buyer and seller because the customer just has to access the system and then they can see where their current shipment position. To ensure the security of information about the parcel in the safest condition, the id and the password will be given to the customer only via personal email. This is because most of the parcels managed by Tiong Nam are luxury and perishable items. The existence of this system also shows that Tiong Nam attaches great importance to high quality in their service which most other companies use the same or more or less the same tracker system instead of their own system.

• Infrastructure

Tiong Nam’s warehouse uses CCTV to deliver information from the warehouse to the office about visuals happening in the warehouse and around it. This is one of the safety measures used by Tiong Nam to ensure that work, safety, events, and visuals are in good condition. This means security around the warehouse is completely secure and can avoid problems like theft, heavy bones, fights, etc.

• Tailor-Made

Tailor-Made systems produce personalized products according to customer requirements. This system accesses departmental data to execute production. Personalizing products can improve customer service, but companies should provide information about expiration dates and perishable products. This is Tiong Nam Company's flexible system to ensure that the customer is very satisfied with Tiong Nam's services.

• Mistake-Proven

Mistake-proven systems are very important to a company as they need to notify customers if there is an error such as damage to the product, invalid bar, or invalid inventory. This system is very important as the company needs to communicate errors to customers more quickly to avoid misunderstandings and undesirable situations.

• Configure System

Configure system is all about sending important messages to customers.
